Reggi is Nationally known for her amazing contributions to Business Growth, Developing Proven Processes and Consulting in the area of Entrepreneurship. As a result of her extensive experience as the former Chief Executive Officer of Kemp and Sons General Services, an award-winning environmental cleaning company, she mitigated risk by implementing effective crisis management procedures. Kemp and Sons General Services was on the front line during H1N1 Swine Flu, Ebola, and Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Currently, government officials, municipalities, corporations, organizations and previous clients are communicating with Reggi to evaluate their current cleaning protocols.

The latest pandemic mandates improvements. Reggi is providing Consulting services to assist in the areas of Contracting, Procurement and Operational Effectiveness. RFP's need to be modified to include or enhance Hygienic Cleaning specifications.

As was Chief Executive Officer of Kemp and Sons General Services [KSGS] for 14 years, Reggi positioned KSGS for growth and expansion, while creating operational differentials in an industry that lacked unified regulatory standards. Reggi made critical investments in technology, enforced hygienic training, developed vendor-supplier operational performance matrix and was a proponent of purchasing new equipment to service new accounts which prevented cross contamination.
Intentional about consistent performance, a 18 month contract with the Government's largest outpatient clinic became a 10 year partnership. During her tenure, every Joint Commission Inspection was passed. As a result of her innovative leadership, Reggi is now a trusted Consultant, Advocate and an Architect of Change within environmental cleaning and safety management globally.
